I think those are new leaves that haven’t unfurled yet
3 J'aimeYou’re right! They’re little leaves! Don’t touch
2 J'aimeThey do have aerial roots but like the other comment said, that looks more like new growth points/leaves
1 j'aimeaerial roots will mostly be little brown nubs on your vines (or a bit longer and attached to your walls given the chance 🤪)
2 J'aimethanks everyone! never seen new leaves come straight out of the stem like that! there are TONS right at the soil level so i’m excited for a bushier plant

Amazing job!!! Mine started doing this last month and it’s been astounding to watch. Nice job!!!
0 J'aimeI just repotted her so hoping I didn’t stunt the growth 🤞🏼 i’ve never had luck repotting
0 J'aimethese are pretty forgiving, i’m sure it will appreciate it
0 J'aimeTo add on to what everyone else already said, it looks like you cut it so that’s probably why they are growing out of the stem like that. They grow from nodes if they can’t grow from the last leaf. I have several plants that started dying in the store so they lost their last leaf. They are doing this too. It’s cool to watch!😊
2 J'aimedidn’t even think about that you’re so right!! I pruned her for the first time and she loved it
2 J'aimeIve always wondered how the vine would continue on once cut. I’ve wanted to try to propagate mine but too scared I’d stop her vine’s growth
1 j'aimeYup, newbies! BTW, I love that plant’s name!
0 J'aimethank you!!
