Okay. I just got 3 new pothos. 2 njoy (1 is clippings and the other a full plant) and a Hawaiian. How do I make sure I don't unalive them? I'm a brand new plant mom and I live in an apartment with few windows but a back porch.

Great choices as a new plant owner! These guys can deal with all different light situations and are low maintenance. Are the propagations (clippings) rooted and potted? Or are they just props without any root growth yet? For the mature plants, they like bright indirect light, or any filtered direct light. They can get sunburn otherwise (mine love my north window with 1 hr of direct right before the sun goes down). Allow them to dry up almost completely, or completely, before watering again. Fertilize every 2nd-3rd watering during the growing season.

0 J'aimeI’d put into water then and plant in soil once it’s roots are 2-3” long or have secondary roots.
