    I definitely think so because the roots are very developed. You can just keep it in water if you want tho.

    Yes they can be transferred to soil! Best rule of thumb is when they’re at least 2 inches long you can transfer. Once you get them in soil make sure to keep the soil well watered and draw back your watering gradually. Doing this helps the roots acclimate to being in dark moist soil after being in constant water & direct sunlight ☺️
