Hi everyone! I just bought my first plant ever today! I believe she’s a Neon Pothos. Any advice for a new plant owner like me would be greatly appreciated because I literally have never done this before but I’m willing to learn :)

EllaBea’s ForestThey need some light, but not a lot. Don’t put her in direct sun. They grow quickly and mainly just need water. In this small of a pot, it might need to be watered more often than you’d think. If the soil is constantly soggy, it’s too much water. If the plant starts to wilt, it’s not enough. They’re generally pretty easy to take care of, so don’t stress a lot.

pothos grow super super fast! they like to trail, so they will make vines with more leaves on them but if you want the pot to look fuller you can chop them between the nodes (brown bumps) pop the nodes in some water and watch the roots grow!

PhilYou have many options with this plant. It is a great first plant. They can spill over the planter. If they get out of hand or if the stems become sparse with leaves, trim the stems back. Check tutorials on YouTube to show you how. You can also have them climb a moss pole or wood plank. I like to have them climb. Cuttings cut be propagated in water and then added to the original planter.

YolandaLooks more like a marble queen pothos to me by the white variegation in the leaves.. this is mostly how the neon leaves look
