Lo

I put a pothos cutting in water and it looks like it’s growing new leaves and roots. All of it is submerged in water so isn’t it a problem that the leaves are growing here? Newbie plant mom 🤷🏻‍♀️

Next step is deciding whether you want em to be a climber or a crawler plant. I'm just getting into moss pole culture myself. It still looks super juvenile, and I recommend a shallow water vessel until the roots develop better. Should also give you time to discover what you want to do with your plant

Yes, I would try to prop it up, or lower the water level. Unless you want roots from 2 nodes. I'd remove the leaf that's under water.
