This is a cutting from my golden pothos I just took since it needed a trim and it looked as though this particular section of growth had no variegation… until I just placed it in front of the window and see this on one of the leaves! Does this mean it had the potential to variegate, or is this possibly some just slight trauma from the leave had unfurled originally?

Golden pothos are variegated. It is usually light dependent. So if it had low light, it may have reverted to green. If you provide the cutting with higher light(work up to it) new leaves should be varigated.

Awesome! That’s great to know. The original is about half and half variegated, and I’m not able to turn it like my other plants every week so that makes sense.
