Hi all, my Philodendron has started to get some browning on her leaves. Any advice to fix this? She has a few shoots, so it seems like she’s happy otherwise. I’m fairly new to plant care and troubleshooting, so any advice would be appreciated!
I would recommend trimming her for propagation. She is very strong and weak looking. Cut her into baby plants, get the roots going in water only. Once you have some strong roots then you can plant them all back into a planter together.

It looks like inconsistent watering and possibly too low light. There are signs the plant is not drying fast enough on the leaves. But, other leaves look healthy to the tip. The soil could be too wet. The rocks on top should be removed to allow the soil to dry out. The ceramic pot should show water marks of the excess water being absorbed. But, the pot looks very clean. This makes me think the watering is inconsistent. I recommend changing the soil if it’s slow to dry and/or if it has root rot in it. The big gaps between the leaf nodes usually indicate insufficient light or water. I recommend adding a single plant grow light within 1 ft from the plant. The grow light should shine from the top to grow the plant upwards and full. I agree with the recommendation to propagate cuttings. Cut all the vines back to the rim of the pot. Propagate 1-2 nodes per cutting. Put several cuttings into a pot for fullness when ready to plant. There are about 20 individual plants in my 8” wide hanging basket. I just swirled them around when they get too long.
