Hey pathos community! I recently repotted two of my golden pathos’s, and they went into shock and they’re not recovering very well unfortunately, if there’s any suggestions that you have, please let me know. I gave them a thorough watering yesterday and they seem to perk up a bit, but I am still worried and they seem a bit down still.
Make sure the pot has no water coming out of the bottom of the pot so it’s not sitting in water. Let the soil dry out between waterings. I find bottom watering is most beneficial especially when this happens. They’re resilient and getting it on a schedule should revert some leaves back to firmness. The ones the start to yellow won’t come back tho. You can keep them on if you want. It won’t hurt the plant but necessarily help it either. It’s an aesthetic choice to cut the leaves off before they go brown.

I would cut it back some so the plant won’t have to work so hard to recover. These are hardy plants.

How were the roots when you repotted? Because this looks like root rot based on the foliage behaviour. I’m saying that due to the curling and the yellowing both on the newest and oldest.
いいね 1件 There was a lot of root rot I took out, I realized that too which is why I repotted them, but their still limp :(
0件のいいね It does make sense now. Looking at your picture, I would personally propagate this as the stem is almost fully dead. I would also cut length so it gives a chance for the root system to rebuild without having so many leaves to support. Currently those leaves are more taxing than bringing to the plant and you might end up with very bare stems while your plant is trying to survive. Wishing you luck, you got this! 🌱
