Hello! I'm somewhat new to the world of indoor plants and pothos, and I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the cause of the damage to my pothos. I just got a new pothos that's next to it, so my biggest worry is that the new plant brought pests with it but i haven't seen any pests. 💀 The pothos with the damage I got early September, and repotted it from the nursery pot. I have a barrina grow light about 6 inches from the top of it running for 12 hours. I'm not sure if any of that is the cause, or maybe its mechanical damage since my room isn't that humid? Any ideas or advice is much appreciated! 🫶💖

    That looks like mechanical damage to me. Check to make sure there are no new signs of damage. I had a few leaves like that after a storm when the plants on my screened lanai were pushed around a bit by wind.

    It’s typically rough handling, pets, low humidity or under watering that can cause the leaves to split and unfurl with dry broken leaves. I see no obvious dry edges and tips with yellowing. So, it’s unlikely to be under watering. Check your humidity levels. You may need a small humidifier near the plants.🪴🍀
