Why does my Neon Pothos have 3 leaves that look like this? She has lots of new growth. The rest of her is solid neon

    Hmmm it might be the start of root rot or over grown roots! Check the roots. If they are damaged, cut off all damaged part of the roots with clean scissors, treat the roots (free of soil) and a hydrogen peroxide and water mixture, then repot into new clean soil, no bigger than one to 2 inches bigger than the root ball. If roots are just overgrown, then repot in a pot no bigger than 1-2 inches bigger than root ball If neither of those then honestly I am not sure it almost looks like variegation, but the spotting is what gives away the likely root problem.
