Correct me if I’m incorrect please, this plant needs more light due to the loss of variation and the evidence of smaller leaves?

That would be my first change. If nothing improves then I’d check the roots to see if its time to upsize. Reverting of variegation is almost ALWAYS due to not enough light. Smaller leaves can be a few different things. Also plant maturity will factor in. Lots of times from stores you are buying a prop of a mature plant, so when it starts to put out new leaves they’ll often be less variegated. But that doesn’t look like it should be a factor in your case.
6 J'aimePlants should make bigger leaves when trying to catch more light. Bigger leaves, darker greens, less variegation, and leggy growth could mean on the hunt for better light. Could she be getting more leggy? If not, I agree that it's a repot
