update on my pothos: yesterday i had posted that it seemed sick, as its leaves were yellowing and i was worried that it had gone into shock. lots of people were saying that it was just simply underwatered, so i watered it last night and already its leaves are starting to come back up and it’s doing so much better! first picture was taken around two hours ago and the second was taken yesterday around 4 pm. it’s crazy how much some water can help a plant!
How much water did it get? The soil still looks dry. Be sure to fully saturate the entire soil until the water runs freely through the drain holes. It’s even better to bottom water soil that dried too much. Let the pot sit in a tray or bowl of water until the top of the soil is fully saturated. Then, remove it from the container of water to let it fully drain. 🍀🪴

Looks like the soil has become hydrophobic. You can tell by the sides lifting away from the pot. Means it will repel water. Needs some fertiliser and a good 20min soak that covers above the top soil to fix or simply swap to new soil. You can also remove the yellow leaves as they won’t bounce back and the plant will be wasting energy on them
