So my Jade pothos became very root bound in the nursery pot that I bought it in, so I decided to repot it into two separate containers. I used an equal 1:1:1 ratio of transplant soil, orchid bark, and perlite. I also watered with liquid fertilizer after getting them into the new pots. Lo and behold, I find out that my pothos was just a bunch of clippings potted together! I struggled with getting the rooted clippings into the larger pot, now some of the leaves are limp and some roots are exposed slightly. Any suggestions on future care or should I just leave her be and wait?

They will always be a bunch of clippings, so it’s best to not disturb the roots if you think you’ll have trouble rearranging them into a new pot. You don’t have to separate roots from the soil ball when repotting. Based on what you’re describing, I’d repot or add a layer of soil on top of the ones with exposed roots if they seem to be failing.
