Hey so my pothos looks to be doing amazing and it have growth on every stem thing. And well it doesn’t have drainage holes and it doesn’t get a lot of like but like I keep on being told that it is doing great. What do you think. Down below there is a few pics of it the one of it hanging is where it normally is I just took it down to check it.
yeah it looks ok! lack of drainage will get you in the long run though as harsh minerals build up even if you do manage to avoid root rot. it’s annoying that the prettiest pots often don’t have drainage! with more light this will really explode with growth — more light meansbigger leaves & more variegation
1 like Thank you I do check it a lot tho to make sure there isn’t any build up dew to lack of drainage.
0 likes The only way to avoid mineral build up is to flush the soil completely with water — where water runs all the way through the pot and out of the drainage. I saw a YT short recently from @plantswithkrystal where she shows you how to add drainage to literally any type of pot — worth checking out!
0 likes Thank you that sounds like a great video will do. And I do have my ways of removing mineral build up although drainage would be a lot easier. Thank you so much for the advice
