I will admit that I am not the best plant mom but I am trying to be better. This is mister, I have had him for over a year or more now. He has grown so much that he is taking up way too much room on the pretty decent size ledge I have (he isn’t an outside plant, I took him outside to change his dirt). I know that you are able to cut the vines and use them to make more plants, I am super afraid to do that because I don’t want to kill mister by mistake. If I could get any advice on how to properly trim him and maybe even grown some more that would be amazing! I just wanna do him justice! Thanks in advance!

    Be brave and just cut the vines at the halfway point with a clean disinfected blade or scissors. ✂️ - Cut them into sections with at least 2 nodes. - Remove leaves on the lower node to prevent rot while it’s under water. - Put the lower node under water. Add water each week to keep the roots underwater. - Roots firm within 2 weeks on a pothos. The vine is too long if roots don’t grow out after 3 weeks. - Change the water every week or every 2 weeks. - Add diluted liquid fertilizer after the roots grow out. - Keep the cuttings in bright indirect light which encourages growth Good luck🍀🪴

    They are good to plant in soil after the roots are at least 2 inches long.
