i’m new to plants in my home and have kinda went crazy. lol. all have seemed to be doing amazing for months now. i bought this golden pothos about 2 months ago. it’s been throwing out some amazing growth. i’ve even got a propagation from this one that’s doing amazing. today was watering day and all of a sudden i noticed A TON of whatever these things are. does anyone know what these are? are they good or bad? should i repot this whole thing and throw away the soil? thank you guys for all your help!

    Looks like centipedes? which suggest it might have been outside or the soil used was stored outside in a damp area. Good news is they eat all the other pests, bad news is.. you have other pests that are abundant enough to sustain that many centipedes. I’d be replacing all the soil and sterilizing the pot and roots. then make sure there are no other pests and/or eggs on the leaves/stems of the plant and keep it isolated from other plants for a bit.

    Definitely centipedes. They don't hurt plants because they don't eat them. They're carnivorous so they might be feeding on worms or some kind of larvae in the soil.
