This is my Pothos ‘N Joy. She’s in the 4” pot I got her in. Does it look like I should repot to a 5 or 6 inch pot now?

I guess it really depends if it’s root bound. Is it giving you signs it needs a repot?

No, not really. It just looked like it might be tight in there, but didn’t want to disturb it if it seems ok to those more knowledgeable than me.

Try peeping the roots by gently taking it out of the pot a day or two after watering it (easier to pop outta the pot then) to see if it’s root bound. Pothos like to be tight so it’s prob ok.

Go for it if u want but just know it will prioritize work on its root system

Ok-thank you for the info. I just watered it last night, so I’ll take a look in a couple days. Good to know they like to be tight. So, if I understand correctly, if they like it tight, if you repot to bigger pot too soon, they will expend their energy to filling pot with root growth as opposed to foliage growth-is that correct?

Question: I have the same plant, but mine is just growing like a vine - yours pictured is more like a bushel with multiple sprouts from the soil. Am I doing something wrong?

I received it like this. I’d be curious to know the answer, too! Could you post a photo for us to see?

Maybe it’s a different plant, but the leaves look very similar. Anyone with input, let us know!

It does look very much like mine, but I’m a Noob and I wouldn’t venture a guess.
