hello everyone i just got these plants today from my grandmother and she didnt tell me how to take care off then so any help welcomed i also noticed on my bigger golden pothos some leaves are brown is they’re anything i can do about that. the last time the bigger one was watered was today and the little one she said to let it sprout im just trying to learn how to make them thrive please help thank youâ˜ș❀!! if anything looks wrong please let me know this is my first ever plant!!!

    Pothos give off so many leaves I just pull them off when they turn yellow. If it's brown already, it's dead and taking energy from new leaf growth. If it's a new leaf turning yellow could be a sign of over watering among a number of things. Also depending on how long it's been in that pot, it might be time for a repot with some fresh soil. It could probably go back in the same pot if you like.

    With your pothos in the jar, make sure you change the water regularly. I usually do once a week. It will start to grow roots after a couple of weeks. I’d say give a 4-6 weeks in total (not sure how long it’s been in there now) and then pot it.

      do you have to like wash the jar with soap and water or just rinse and add water ?

      That jar looks like it could be growing mold so I would give it a good soapy wash to start

      Agreed. Shouldn’t normally need a wash in between unless its getting to this point
