I had someone taking care of my pothos and I think they watered too frequently. It’s grown fine but the soil is so wet and has these bugs? They’re little white bugs and they sometimes jump! Are the bugs okay? Will they spread to other plants?
Those are springtails. They're harmless and help prevent mold; people who keep terrariums often buy or catch some for that. While they can jump a good distance, they can't survive without pretty high humidity, so they won't survive far from your plants

springtails! they live in the soil and eat decaying matter. could be a sign of overwatering if you see them very frequently but if you only see them on watering day or the day after i wouldn't worry too much.
