    I think bits of green mean it’s partially reverted rather than variegated. Variegated would usually be yellow or white on top of the neon. Isn’t a bad thing but reverting might be more likely if it isn’t getting enough light, as it’s producing more chlorophyll (the green) to make up for lower light.
