[HELP] Neon Pothos, Black Indented Spots Wondering what is going on with my Neon Pothos. I have these random black spot indents with yellowing around the dots. Yesterday, I trimmed off every leaf that had this. I sprayed with a mixture of distilled water/alcohol/dawn soap and wiped each leaf with a makeup brush. I let it dry and then sprayed with Arbor fungicide spray and let it air dry. The next day (today) plant looked nice and perky (it was thirsty the day before) but 4x more leaves now have the same issue, in the bottom right photo overnight. Any ideas what it could be? I was thinking Rust, but I am not sure. Currently sits in front of a south facing window for sunlight and has been thriving before seeing this issue. Watering usually once biweekly with distilled water. Humidity is low during the winter, about 20-30%

Has its lighting changed at all? And if you use an alcohol soaked swab, do the marks come off at all?

Marks don’t come off, lighting only changing with the seasons (less sunlight during winter), but it has been thriving in this spot since June 2023. Wondering if it’s also maybe edema? So strange to happen overnight in those 4 leaves

Dawn is kinda harsh, but I've never seen it cause that. Especially if you diluted it. I was thinking it might be burn, but not that if the lights been seasonally less. I think you're right and it is fungal. Not that is not possible, but usually edema shows up as a discoloration vs brown/black spotting. Pothos can get bacterial infections that can present as small dots too

I’ve definitely had edema on other plants, but never this one (that I’ve noticed). The soap dilution I’ve used, I’ve used for over a year and on majority of my plants at some point (no issues). I used a fungal spray on it yesterday and today it has those 4 more weird leaves; so I used more on it today. Just so weird! Hope it stops 🥲

With fungal infection usually end up treating every few days for a few weeks, if not longer, if leaves keep presenting. Fungicide unfortunately doesn't immediately stop the infection, so you'll still be seeing more leaves with it as you treat. Make sure to remove them as most fungal is super contagious. You may want to treat the soil too. And worse case repot
