im propagating this pearls and jade pothos for my friend and i would like to pot it to give it to her today but i am no sure if it is ready for soil and if i am able to repot today should i cut the stem down so it fits in the pot that i have for it ( i have the planter im going to plant it in pictured )
If that bottom part isn't producing roots I would snip it back, like an inch from the node that is producing. You could pot it, if that long section is a root. Usually 2" roots or secondary roots when i do. Just water it really well after potting it up, and water it a bit more frequently, since its used to 100% water.
