I prop in 100% humidity for Alocasia and bare stems. To acclimatize them, I unscientifically gradually vent the bags or containers they’re in to lower humidity. 100% is pretty self sustaining, so I may leave a small gap in the bag covering the prop and then check it in a week. Moisture levels after that week will tell me how thirsty the plant is and how it’s acclimating. My props are interspersed with plants that need care so that I don’t forget them. Eventually I just remove the bag or totally open the container and then it’s every girl for herself!
いいね 1件thanks for the tips! I'm hoping they cna acclimate okay, as that was my concern. but that make sense. I was also wondering if i should just vent the lid so it's not 99%
いいね 1件That seems like an easy way to acclimate them down!
