   Make sure you have a well draining pot and soil! I would also say to bottom water that plant if you can because I struggled with fungus gnats in my pothos soil when I watered from the top!

   Gorgeous! Golden Pothos are a such a great plant! They propagate well too, but that looks lovely and bushy!!

   always check the soil before you water!!!! planta has a habit of telling you to water way too frequently. ideally, you want the top 2 inches to be dry, so you should be able to basically stick your whole index finger into the soil before you feel moisture.

   Congratulations! I agree that this is a perfect first plant! They are very resilient and rewarding. As a new plant parent, you want to overdo everything; fight this feeling. It is better to err on not doing with these. Let the soil dry out between waterings and indirect sunlight is best. Good luck! 😍

   Better to have them under watered than overwatered!! That’s what I’ve learned with all my different plants especially my pothos!!
