I just moved my baby in from outside (she was getting too much sun and I missed her inside) I gave her a water once she was inside and noticed mushrooms growing! I’m pretty sure it’s a good sign but I wanted to double check since I’ve never had them and only seen it online before :) also I’ve never seen yellow mushrooms?!? So weird! For water reference I don’t often water (I wait for signs from my plants and then I drown them lol) but she needed more water when she was outside—all my plants typically do since I live in the west and it’s dry here.

    The conventional wisdom is that flowerpot parasol = your potting media has a healthy microbial community. Mushrooms will also take advantage of when conditions are right and grow very quickly, so even though they like moisture, they don't necessarily indicate overwatering.

    These are pretty young mushrooms but so far they look like an amanita with that crumb. They shouldn't be consumed by kids or pets but they don't hurt the plant.
