It may be staying to wet because the pots so large. You may want to check the roots for rot. Past that it may need food if you haven't

Did you put the cutting straight in soil or was it propagating in water?

I mean I put it straight into soil and it is a cutting but it definitely has rooted and has been like this for 5 plus months

So it hasn’t changed? Like that’s the only leaf but the leaf has been fine the whole time, just isn’t producing anymore…?

Yep although it has been very cold inside a room in my house with no heating

What kind of soil did you use? Maybe you need to fertilize it. And if your temperatures are below 60 then maybe put a heat mat under it and see how that goes. Make sure it’s getting enough light and you may not be watering it enough. They don’t like to dry out completely, only the first inch of soil should be dry before watering. I’ve had my pothos less than a month and it’s already got a couple new shoots

Garden soil is meant to mix with dirt from your garden so it gets very hard when in a pot. Make sure you get a good potting soil and add perlite and something chunky if you have it to make it airy. I would repot as soon as possible and I bet you will see improvements. Good luck

You want to use a tropical or aroid mix, basically with at least orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir in it. I also forgot to mention, I’ve been using a silica spray with each watering and that may have been helping with the new growth as well. If you get one and it says to spray on the leaves…. Don’t 😑 just add it to the water lol

Are there any nodes on the stem? If not it's a zombie leaf 🧟 While it can root it cannot grow.
