Hi! I took this pothos home from a funeral in 2023. It came with the stake in it. I’ve since repotted her and she seems healthy. Any ideas on what I can do to “upgrade” her? I was considering removing the stake and adding a trellis instead but I’m not sold on the idea. Any suggestions are appreciated!
Depends on what you are calling a trellis. Pothos do better with a wood plank, wood trellis, or a moss pole that they can anchor into. A wire, plastic or bamboo trellis won’t serve that purpose. If you want something decorative and not plain, check out Treleaf trellises. I have recently switched over a few of my plants. Have not had them long enough to give a good or bad recommendation.

I like mine trailing usually. But they will tend to get larger leaves if you give them a moss/soil pole to anchor into. If its a species that fenestrates, its more likely to do so with a pole like that as well
