Hi! Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my N’Joy😭😭😭 I’ve used a water meter and it keeps saying it’s wet but I haven’t watered it since last month

    I've heard that water meters can be unreliable, so I'd recommend checking the soil with your hand or a chop stick.

    Does your pot have drainage holes?

      Yes it has one big-ish hole at the bottom! I’m so concerned about it getting damaged because of watering

    That’s odd. It could be the soil too. Maybe it needs better draining soil. I like to do a mixture of regular soil, tropical soil, perlite, and fine orchid bark,

      If it has drainage I don’t think so. I would just check the roots, repot with fresh, well draining soil, and trim off any dead leaves to motivate new growth

    Water meter are not reliable so when you check it use your finger or a chopstick. Make sure you have enough draining in your pot, you can always make more if needed too. Also I would recommend making sure your soil is the correct blend. I use equal parts Orchid Bark, Soul, Perlite. When watering water thoroughly until you see ir drain from the bottom and check back in a week unless your conditions are different from mine. I usually water when I see the leaves look funny or when the soil is around 50% dry. If you are scared of over watering water when 85% dry. They dont mind little neglect.

    Mine was yellowing and looking tired. I started watering it with a small shot of silica every other time and is available on Amazon. I also repotted mine with Big Foot mycorrhizae. I learned to do this from Planta’s Wolfen and Phil and from Tanner the Planter. Give it a try! Good luck!
