Hello! New-ish pothos parent here! I planted some propagations a while ago and I realized they’re standing straight up. Is this an issue or is it just something fun and quirky they’re doing?

    Nothing to be worried about. Completely normal. It’ll take a bit to get them trailing

      Oh nice! Thank you, when I got the original plant this was from they were all trailing so these cuttings suddenly standing up threw me off a bit lol

    normal! vining plants are typically also climbers. they want to latch onto something and go up, but once it realizes it can't, it'll trail downward.

    It may be reaching for more light. They like bright indirect sunlight for at least 6 hours a day. 🪴🍀

      Good to know! This area usually gets decent sun, though I’ll take a look and see if there’s anywhere better for it, thanks!
