Super newbie plant mama here. I bought this 4 cute new pothos from marketplace, and they are still in plastic pot. I am so excited to see them grow, in last few days i have seen new leaves already! But wondering when should i move them to a real pot? Because this plastic doesn’t have drainage.

I'd recommend moving ASAP, to prevent root rot. You can add drainage to the pots, there's tutorials online

Thank youu!! Also, if i moved it, should i change the soil entirely or can i mix the current with new soil? I want to move it to a bigger pot. Sorry if this is ridiculous question, i have no clue at all.

Not at all ridiculous. It depends on whether the soil is well-draining and the seller reputable( in other words, no pests hiding in the soil). If I get a plant from a big box store or someplace like that I always change the soil, for both reasons. But otherwise I think you could leave the old stuff on the roots.

Exactly what abbi said-if you notice pests I'd recommend replacing it entirely bit otherwise you can keep the same soil

Poke holes in the plastic to immediately add drainage. Let the plants acclimate in your environment about 2 weeks to avoid stress damage. Pothos plants adjust well. You can repot to something cuter after the plants are settled. You can upgrade the potting mix to get good drainage if needed. 🍀🪴
