Bought this Neon Pothos from Home Depot last week and these little brown spots have only gotten worse. Hasn’t been re-potted yet, just watered one time, well. It gets moderate sunlight (the direct sunlight in the picture was just to show color better), and I’m assuming was watered regularly before bought. How do I get rid of the brown-ness???

It’s hard to tell what’s wrong with it until you repot it. You’ll be able to tell if it’s overwatered if the soil is still damp. Make sure you repot with well-draining soil and into a pot with holes

If the brown is crispy it could be getting too much direct light, causing sunburn. If the brown is soft and wilted it’s usually root rot. Unfortunately once a leaf turns brown (or yellow) there’s nothing that can reverse it.

It’s not obvious what’s wrong since the dry patches are not wide spread. Check the roots as stated above. Look for anything excessive like too much water or too dry. I would wait to repot and watch it for about a month. Repotting increases stress and break roots which can get infected with fungus/bacteria. The plant looks a bit pale yellow for a neon pothos which is typically a greener color. I recommend adding diluted liquid fertilizer once a month in colder months. Keep in bright light as usual. Also, sunburn in a nursery would not show as small spots or a thin dry edge. Sunburn would show as patches or broad areas in line with the sun rays. The color turns pale, then, dark and mushy, later dry patches. 🍀🪴
