I noticed these little white dots on my pothos today and was wonder if anyone knew what it was or what I should do about it other than that she is looking and feeling great

Mealybugs. That’s a lot of them. They get bigger like a small pill bug. They leave a honeydew sticky secretion on the leaves that attracts ants. Treat as recommended above by PlantyAnn. Treat all the plants and pots near it. Use alcohol or soapy water to wash down the area under the pots. Mealybugs are tenacious. They quickly move to other plants in the room. Disinfect tools and hands before handling other plants.
