I bought a baby Cebu in October and it had many vines and leaves. It’s now end of Dec and it’s lost all of its leaves. They turned yellow one by one and fell off. Now I have a bunch of naked vines. Looks like there is tiny new growth in the center. It’s floated between north facing and a grow light as I try to figure out what will make it happy. I thought I was overwatering (blame it on Planta) so now I’m trying to let it dry out more between waterings. What happened to make it do this and what do I do now?

Chop and prop like planty Ann said. But then put the plant in high light! Under the grow light you said you have or in a west facing window. South facing is good too but maybe a foot back from that. Of course not overwatering is important, but light is the highest priority factor imo. Let the soil dry out in between waterings. Most houseplants will not do well in a north facing window

It all depends on what it’s acclimated to I suppose. The light from a west window could really boost new growth considering there are no leaves on the vines. Hopefully the OP can experiment and use their best judgement on what’s best for their plant. I was suggesting west or south window to emphasize the fact that a north window is not sufficient
