   Is it only that one leaf? If so, I wouldn’t lose sleep over it. Pothos shed single leaves all the time, could be old or got damaged. If you have several leaves doing that, it would suggest that the plant is being overwatered. Don’t water until the soil is almost completely dry the next few waterings and it should bounce back.
