My “Shangri La” pothos I brought home today. ✨🥰 I’ve been wanting one for a hot minute. Reminds me of cooked spinach haha.

Hahaha! It really does look like cooked spinach, which I looove! Have you ever tried Hamli? An Ethiopian dish served with injera. Delicious 👌👌

No I haven’t but I looked it up and think I would love it! Very similar to collard greens! Now I have to try it haha!❤️

Highly recommend! I haven’t heard of collard greens before. Looks really nice too! Gonna try it 👏 What do you usually serve it with ☺️

If you’re a meat eater, it’s really nice cooked with a smoked ham bone/hock, pork back, or some bacon grease to add some flavor. If you don’t eat meat, use some butter. 🥰 I usually add some vinegar or spicy pepper vinegar to taste, with some salt/ pepper, minced garlic, and some of your favorite broth up until the greens are covered. Best cooked in a slow cooker for about 6 hours minimum on low. 😊 Also lots of recipes online. I love them in the winter time! I usually eat them like a soup honestly because I just loves greens. With some nice Italian bread or cornbread is also great with it! Rices and beans pairs well too!
