Plant newbie

I think my pothos is doing ok. I had to remove one yellow leaf. Some seem very perky while others seem a tad droopier. I was watering using Planta schedule but I realized it needed water for frequently than that so I’ve been watering when it seems dry? Any tips on a good schedule?

If it’s needing water more frequently, it might be a little rootbound…

Water when 1 inch of top soil dries out. Could be root bound as stated. So, check the roots. Repot if needed. Too low lighting can affect the plant. Move it closer to a light source. Insufficient fertilizer can cause less than vibrant colors and drooping as well.

I wouldn’t follow a watering schedule. Use Planta as a guide, but check the soil with your finger, chopstick or moisture meter. Error on the side of under watering, than over watering with pothos. I let my plant tell me. When pothos start to droop a little I water. I’ve had one get pretty dry and it bounced right back. I’ve been using super thrive vitamins and my plants love it. In summer I migrated all my pothos to Molly’s mix and saw a lot of growth.
