Hi! I’m new to plant parenting and have a beautiful golden pothos. I replanted it a few days ago in a ceramic pot that hangs & doesn’t have drainage holes. I’m worried now about root rot 🫣 Is there a simple way to add drainage or should I go get a new pot? And should I worry about repotting it again so soon? TIA

You could also plant your pot his in a nursery pot that has a bunch of drain holes and lift it out of your ceramic pot whenever you water it then place it back in the pot.

You could plant it into a nursery pot or plastic pot that has holes in it that fits into your ceramic pot 😊

All of my plants are in plastic pots. I treat the ceramic pots like outfits. Most of my ceramic pots had holes. The cutest ones are florist ceramic pots without drain holes. It gives me options to swap pots without the hassle of repotting. The only caution is draining standing water in the florist pots or the roots will grow between the plastic pot and the ceramic pot. Good luck. 🍀
