I finally managed to revive my struggling Pothos (first picture was taken in March and second is the plant today). However, the leaves have developed yellow variegation overnight. They’re beautiful, but is it a symptom that I’ve done something wrong? Also, how long should I wait before propagating? I’d love to start filling in the side of the pot that didn’t make it with new cuttings. Thank you!

The increase in variegation is good, the more light you give it the more variegation! For propagating, as long as it has a vine/more than 3 leaves you can propagate it!
