    It’s up to you! You could propagates a few trimmings and wait for them to root then repot in a bigger pot with the trimmings to fill it up!

    It looks like it could use a repotting if the roots are all at the bottom and they look cramped then it is definitely time for a repot. After you repot It you could propagate some if you want to as well I suggest with the size of your plant 3-6 propagations only.
