Will an extremely etiolated pothos produce new leaves on the spindly areas, or do I just need to prune those back and wait for new growth?

I’d chop and prop. Once the cuttings have some root growth, you can add back to the pot for a fuller look.

Oh my goodness, I didn’t think to do that! I’ll try some of that. I’d love for it to look full and lush.

It’s a great way to refresh older plants and your neighbors don’t run every time they see you with another Pothos gift 😉

Just here to agree with chop and prop! In case you needed a second opinion haha. Pothos’ are so hardy, they always love a good trim
