does anyone know what is happening to my neon pothos in the first picture, if so what can i do to help it? Then in the second one why is there a little green spot? 😂

    The green spot is just the natural coloring, a lot of pothos are multicolored

    Is that leaf the only one like that? It looks like it could be overwatered. Does your pot have drainage?

      yes it’s only one leaf and yes my pot does have drainage. I got it recently and i have only watered it twice since i got it

      I’d snip the leaf and call it a fluke, but it couldn’t hurt to check the roots/soil

    The little bit of darker green on the leaf in the second picture is called sport variegation. Sport variegation is when a plant randomly puts out a new leaf that has some variegation. This is an error that occurs at the DNA level where the cells failed to copy the code properly. I love it, it’s pretty common with neon pothos that are getting good light.
