   What’s your soil like if it’s super dry and drying out quickly and if you see the roots, is a good chance it’s not getting enough water however if the soil is generally wet, if there’s any fungal odor or mold odor, then it needs a repot into better draining soil and reduce watering. These plants like to dry out in between waterings, but they don’t like to be dry for too long. But they also don’t like to be wet. You can’t have them constantly moist. They will get fungal infection and die and the leaves will show similar behaviors in the beginning. Usually just dry tips means at some point it missed some watering, but if any of the leaves are getting small black spots or yellowing of the leaves and it’s an overwatering issue.
