Hi friends! I need some help. I have a golden pothos that was propped in water and it got sad when I moved it to soil. At first I thought it wasnāt getting enough light, but there was no improvement under a grow lamp. Then I learned the roots are more delicate when propped in water and I should have kept the soil moist when I first transplanted it (thank you Wolfen!) So I started doing that, but the leaves kept curling. So I decided to remove it from the pot and check on the roots. Well, they were gone. I guess it got root rot. (My nemesis!) So now I have it back in water, but Iām wondering if I should do a fresh cut on the stem to help it grow new roots? (And if so, where should I do the cut?) I donāt speak houseplant very well. š¢
