Hey! I need help with my golden pothos 😓 she’s not growing anymore she just sort of stays this length. And the stems coming out of the soil don’t look right? Do I need to repot her? What am I doing wrong 😫 any help would be appreciated! Thank you 🪴🤍
To boost growth try down sizing in a smaller pot, go get a small 2 inch or 4 inch pothos to add to it as a filler for empty spots or just wait on the new growth once you down size pot.

The soil looks decomposed and too wet. I’m surprised you don’t have fungus gnats. Replace the soil at a minimum. Remove rotting roots. Use a soil with better drainage that includes perlite, orchid bark chips and coco coir. Add extra perlite if you use a standard potting mix. I would move it out of the bathroom into an east window or a south window with light filtered through sheer curtains or window film. You can cut off half of the length to get cuttings. Use the rooted cuttings to(Pothos N’Joy) add to the mother plant and give it fullness. My pothos in a six inch wide pot had about 15 individual plants if not more. You gradually increase the pot size when you add more cuttings. Regularly fertilize in warmer months. 🪴🍀

I used the basketing method. Rescued a pothos last year that was about to be thrown away, it had scraggly bare stems. I let it grow for a while & just recently moved it to a larger pot, wrapped the bare stems around the soil & pinned them down. The goal is for the nodes in contact with the soil to develop new roots/stimulate dormant auxiliary buds & promote new growth 🤞🏽
