I want to move this to a different jar since this one is so difficult to care for and maintenance. I think the roots are starting to look tight?? Is it possible to have too big of a jar? Any recommendations? Water level advice? I know it’s a lot I just want to make sure i’m properly caring for him since he was the first.

Since it’s already acclimated to water you can absolutely just put it in a bigger cup/vase. You’ll just want to make sure just the roots are in the water. I have a birkin in soil and I’m going to be transitioning it to hydro because I struggle with it so much in soil!

Here’s my Florida bronze roots. I don’t think you necessarily need to upsize yet but you can. I like the narrower mouths on the glass so the plants have some support if there’s no cork stopper

I’d also try to raise the water level to cover as much of the roots as physically possible
