I am so grateful for this community as I build my skills. I brought this Pothos home from a co-workers office because it was long, leggy, limp, and dropping. The pot and soil were soaked so I released it from the pot (same terra cotta one you see here), inspected the roots which looked ok, removed several leaves, cleaned the pot, repotted it with my own airy potting mix, trimmed the stems and planted some of the nodes by wrapping some of the stems spirally around the top, and watered it well. 12 hours later, it is still limp and the towel underneath it is very damp despite letting it drain significantly when I watered it. Have I made the situation worse? I'm wondering if the pot is too big. I'm also wondering if I should just cut down to the roots and start again in a smaller pot. Any advice would be great!
