What kind of Boston fern is this? Acquired from a friend.

So I have 2 plant apps. 1 is saying a zz plant the other is saying a shingle plant. So I need some help finding out what this really is. So I can know how to keep it happy and healthy. hi! i visited my nana and noticed a very sad looking plant. i took it home and repotted it and removed all the brown leaves (nearly all), gave it fresh soil and a feed. could anyone help identify what type of plant it is? thanks x

I had these plants for a couple of months now. I received them both in propagation tubes w/o labels. Does anyone have any idea what these are? The darker one and the lighter one are two different plants btw. (They are now in separate pots!!)
