Hi! New here, and looking for some help. Iâve had this tree (?) that doesnât flower, grow new leaves, or thrive no matter what I do. Help! Just got this guy from the grocery store a few days ago gave it a new pot but want to know if it is supposed to have the spots or not?

Can anybody help me? Iâve had 2 of these shrubs for about 4 years and Iâve been trying to get 2 more. I thought they were false heather/mexican heather because they have blooms like a false heather (added a pic of a heather in bloom for reference) but I got 2 heathers last year and they just didnât seem right compared to these. I also know they are not Texas sage because I tried that too. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks.
