So my upstairs neighbor moved out a few months ago & left behind whatever this is on the porch. I’ve been seeing its growth and figured i might as well try to keep it alive, but i have no clue what it is. Anybody have an idea? Im currently picking out all the dead leaves & such that have gotten in there.

I just bought this plant and i don’t know what type of monstera it is, all the label said was monstera.

My hubby just surprised me with this beautiful little baby. But I don’t know what it is and am wondering how to repot it as well as how often to water it. The lady he got it from said it needs 6hrs of sunlight a day. Would it be okay to leave them inside or would it be best to plant them outside?

Hi. I got this at a reptile show from a guy who buys plants he thinks will look good in terrariums but doesn’t know anything about them. Planta doesn’t suggest anything at all that even remotely resembles it. I’m new to house plants, but I am thinking an alocasia of some kind? The leaf tops are very textured and I pulled down a new leaf that just opened so you can see it.

Hi. I got this at a reptile show from a guy who buys plants he thinks will look good in terrariums but doesn’t know anything about them. Planta suggested polka dot begonia, but I know that’s not it. Based on pictures in Planta, I picked silver dollar begonia for now, but it still doesn’t quite match it. Does anyone know what it is exactly? Thank you! Ps: also going to post another plant I got from the same guy

Anyone know what this could be? Was in a wild flower pack and it was one of the only ones that sprouted in hydroponics. I was going to move them to a bigger area but they tangled their roots and won’t come apart! They are growing a bit past the maximum height of the light 😆

Why does Planta ID my Rose Painted calathea as a Monstera? I stumbled onto that when I was trying to shorten the watering times since she is getting too dried out. Two questions: is she really a Monstera and how do I fix her watering times so she doesn’t dry out and leave me? 😂 TXS.

Anyone know what kind of philodendron this is? Tag says paraiso verde. I’m just wondering if it’s sun deprived, since there’s little variegation.

Hello :) I saved this little guy from walmart earlier today, I'm wondering if anyone knows what kind of plant it is? The name is not on the tag, only the growing company and I want to know how to take care of him. (nothing helpful comes up when i've searched "exotic angel"????) He really needs a drink so I've watered him a little bit but it's dark out so i'll wait till tomorrow and try to see if he perks up with some bottom watering? Any help would be much appreciated!

I got this mixed succulent plant today. I think part of it is a jade plant but not sure of the one with smaller leaves. Not sure if this is even a jade plant here. Any ideas? Thank you.
