Hello lovelies! Looking for assistance in identifying two types of plants I got today. The lady told me but I didnât write them down⊠I donât think the app is ID-ing them correctly. I believe she said the first one is some kind of calathea and the second one some type of ficus but it doesnât look like the other ficus I have⊠Thanks so much for your help, I appreciate it!

I have absolutely no idea what this is, or where it came from for that matter. it just kinda showed up one day lol. It seems to be surviving on being watered only when the soil is completely dry, and its in direct sunlight if that helps. Itâs also a bit more redish on the bigger parts in real life.

Iâve had this fig-like species since October of last year. I got it for free from a plant shop that was having trouble keeping it alive. They didnât know exactly what is was, but I wondering if anyone knew the exact species. Planta is saying Common Fig but Iâm thinking it might be Fiddle Fig Leaf.
